Healing Points

The body is made up of paths of Chi called meridians. There are different meridians associated to different organs.

For the body to work property, it is important to maximize the flow of blood through these meridians. It is the blood that carries the nutrients that allow the body to heal itself or remain healthy.

One way to maximize the efficiency of these Meridians is to stimulate key points along the Meridian’s path.

Stimulation of these points come with applying gentle but steady pressure to a point while breathing deeply. Breathing in through the nose and out though the mouth, slowly, helps achieve the maximum healing capability of the pressure that is applied to a key point. One releases pressure on the point, once the heartbeat can be felt through the applied pressure. Apply on and off pressure in intervals of five minutes. Massaging the point also works well.

Regular stimulation of pressure points keep the meridian functioning at maximum capacity.
