Voting Question: What is the name of a movie? Ninja Movie?
Its a movie in the 90's about little ninjas. One of the ninjas walks around playing a video game and it predicts what is happening in real life. They fight a guy in the end that falls in water and gets shocked. I think that also get a bunch of ninjas to go surfing to get to the island with the evil dude!
