Open Question: How would a 14 year old start training in MMA?
Well atm i'm 14, i want to do either boxing or MMA, i prefer mma and i was wondering how should i like train. at the moment i'm too young for gym's in my area but like if i was doing say,
Push ups sit ups running cycling trampolining weight lifting (dumbbells) if so any of that how much
I'm learning kickboxing. What would the best things to do if i wanted to follow my dream of doing MMA professionally?
